General Rules , Regulations , Terms & Conditions For Participation In The Scratch And Win Offer

This Promotional Offer ( Offer) is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of Godrej Consumer Products limited ( Godrej) on following Terms and Conditions:-

1. Buy Godrej product under the brand name GoodKnight, HIT or (Aer MRP Rs.99 and above) and get a assured cashback voucher, use the unique scratch code to avail cashback INR 200/- (INR Two Hundred Only).
2. The offer is valid from 20th November 2022 until 20th March 2023 (both dates inclusive) in selected cities, on select stores, on select stocks.
3. Offer is applicable and valid to a Participant only 2 times per user, per mobile number
4. This Offer is valid for only those consumers/ participants who purchase the Product against the invoice and get the valid scratch card for the Offer and redeems the unique scratch code within the Offer Period (hereinafter referred as Participant)
5. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
6. Godrej Products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
7. Cashback code is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
8. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Godrej and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
9. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Godrej and Kikoy promotions shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
11. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
12. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties ( Godrej and TopRewards) and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
13. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
14. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the Participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
15. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages and Godrej and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.

General Rules:

1. The Participant interested in participating in the Offer must be must be a citizen of India (as per The Citizenship Act, 1955) and must be residing in India.
2. The Participant wishing to participate in the Offer should not have criminal conviction, any pending litigation or arbitration against him/her or any arrangement or contract that prevents or restricts such person from participating in the Offer or abiding with the rules and regulations of the Offer.
3. By participating in the Offer, it shall be deemed that the Participant has waived his/her right to raise any dispute of any nature whatsoever with regard to and /or in connection to the participation in the Offer by the Participant and/or by the friend chosen by the Participant to accompany him/her in the event of winning the Offer.
4. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd / Kikoy Promotions LLP reserves the right to at any time to withdraw/stop/discontinue the Offer and/or change the process/method of participation in the Offer in its absolute discretion and without giving any prior notice thereof. Neither Godrej Consumer Products Ltd / Kikoy Promotions LLP nor their employees, officers, directors or any other person shall be responsible to inform the Participant in advance, if Godrej Consumer Products Ltd decides to withdraw/stop/discontinue/change the process/method of participation in the Offer and/or the Offer.
5. Any and all costs, direct/ indirect or incidental, in relation to participation in the Offer shall be borne by the Participant alone and Godrej Consumer Products Ltd / Kikoy Promotions LLP shall not be responsible and/or liable for such costs in any manner whatsoever.
6. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, their employees, officers, directors or any other person shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever to compensate the Participant for his/her participation in the Offer nor be responsible for any arrangements made in connection thereto by the Participant.
7. The Participant agrees that he/she shall hold harmless Godrej Consumer Products Ltd/ Kikoy Promotions LLP, its affiliates, its group companies, their employees, officers, directors or any other person from and against any injury/damage/harm/loss/ death/ mental or emotional trauma suffered by the person, in any manner whatsoever in connection with participating in the Offer and waives all rights to file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India to claim any damages or relief.
8. Employees of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, employees of the vendors/agencies associated with the stores where the offer is run, consultants and/or persons hired on contract by Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, and members of their immediate family are ineligible for participating in the Offer.
9. Participant will not harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone with whom Participant is in contact in connection with their participation on the Offer, including without limitation the other participants, the parents or legal guardians of other participants, or any other entities or individuals connected with the Offer nor will they do any activity to illegally affect the outcome of the Offer.
10. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any damage, loss, injury, death, mental trauma caused to The Participant in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever in connection to the prize and/or to the Offer
11. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd is not entering into any contractual, legal or any other kind of relationship with itself and The Participant or between participants in running this Offer.
12. The persons wishing to participate in the Offer and the Participant(s) therein shall comply with the laws of India and the Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to participation in the Offer. Subject to the provision of rule 24 above, the courts having jurisdiction under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to determine all matters which the court is entitled to determine under the Act, including, without limitation, provision of interim relief’s under the provisions of Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, shall exclusively be the courts at Mumbai, India.
14. The participation of the Participant(s) in the Offer shall mean that the Participant(s) acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Rules and Regulations, Terms & Conditions provided on www.godrej.toprewards.com that Participant(s) agrees to adhere to and comply with the foregoing Rules and Regulations (as they now stand or as they may be changed or amended/modified hereafter).
